Quotations and availability

Prices, equipment availability, specifications, dates, logistics, taxes, and included services are confirmed only in a written quotation or contract accepted by the parties.

Project confirmation

A project is not reserved or confirmed until the agreed written approval, payment terms, access requirements, and schedule are completed.

Client responsibilities

The client must provide accurate venue information, access times, power and internet requirements, permissions, drawings, content, and any safety or operational restrictions relevant to the project.

Content and intellectual property

Clients are responsible for having the rights to display the content they supply. Hyper Sonic branding, website design, text, and original project media may not be reused commercially without permission.

Technical changes

Equivalent equipment or revised technical methods may be proposed when availability, venue conditions, safety, or project performance requires it, subject to written agreement where it affects scope or price.

Priority of project documents

An accepted quotation, purchase order, or signed contract takes priority over these general website terms.
